SPECIAL ELECTION RESULTS

In the recent summer election, residents chose to support two Executive Board recommendations. The first proposal on the ballot asked residents to support a $25 dues increase. This passed by a vote of 25-12. In the second ballot proposal, residents were asked if they wanted the Executive Board to immediately proceed with the creation of a new SAD focused on repaving our streets, or continue to research our road repair options. Residents supported the Board's recommendation to continue to explore options, 27-10.
