Happy New Year !
Hi. My name is Nick Stoyanoff and I live at 18312 Pinebrook. As the new President of the Shadbrook Homeowners Association it is my distinct honor to welcome you to our new Blog where we promise to keep you up-to-date on all the important news and issues impacting our neighborhood. My goal is to make sure everyone in the Association is well-informed; has a chance to voice their opinions; and can make informed decisions on matters that require a vote. My pledge to you is to work hard to preserve the beauty and value of our homes. But, I need your help to do it. I encourage people to volunteer for committee work.
